CITIZENSHIP PROCESS
After a certain period of residence in Turkey, foreigners are entitled to apply for citizenship. Once entitled to make the application it is advisable to seek the assistance of a legal representative.
According to the Turkish Citizenship Law No. 403 foreigners who want to be naturalized, if they are having all of the following qualifications may be taken Turkish citizenship by the decision of the Council of Ministers. However, these conditions may allow the applicant to be completely moved an absolute right to talk about citizenship. The right to be honored as being relevant at the discretion of the Council of Ministers of State sovereignty.
